Mission
The mission of masters of sciences training in Pharmaceuticals Supply chain Management is to produce competent graduate, who will be able to apply his/her knowledge, skills, and attitudes as Caregiver, Decision-maker, Communicator, Manager, Life-long-learner, Teacher, Leader, and Researcher in their future career opportunities.
Objectives
- To produce professionals who can strategically coordinate activities of selection, forecasting, inventory, procuring, transportation, and warehousing of Pharmaceuticals within a particular company and across business within the supply chain
- To strengthen the services of public, private and other institutions those are responsible for the supply of pharmaceutical in the country.
- To produce professionals who can effectively handle both domestic and foreign procurement of Pharmaceuticals.
- To equip students with the scientific knowledge required to transform a raw chemical substance into a viable medication
- To ensure the student understands how the body interacts with the drug delivery system and to manipulate a formulation to control the drug's release and absorption.
